DELIVERY AND RETURNS:
How much time does delivery take?
Delivery takes 5 to 6 working days. Please ensure that your contact number is active so that our representative can stay in touch with you.
Are there any delivery charges?
Yes, delivery charges do apply. During checkout, the delivery cost is added, which you can see on your billing screen.
Can I return a product if I don’t like?
Products cannot be returned but they can be exchanged. You can exchange a product if it is not used and the packaging is still intact. The product must be in the same condition as received and within 3 days of delivery, it is recommended that you get in touch with our sales representatives via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Email as soon as possible and request for exchange. Delivery Charges will be applied on Exchange Goods.
What if I receive a damaged item?
First, please record a video if you notice any fault in the product on the same day you received the parcel, and get in touch with our customer support. Your request will be forwarded to the quality assurance department to resolve the matter. Our staff is trained for your support only and we assure you that all genuine problems get resolved smoothly.

What kind of Crystal are you using?
K9 crystal is what we are using.
What is K9 Crystal?
K9 is a Chinese Optical Borosilicate Crown Glass. It has low inclusions and bubbles. It is used for lenses and prisms for lasers and optics. It has good physical properties and can be polished like leaded glass. It also weighs approximately 15% less than full (24%) leaded glass (crystal).
How should I prepare when shopping for lighting?
First, know your budget. Second, if possible, look for pictures from magazines that reflect your taste. Third, collect fabric swatches or color chips for any area you are redecorating.
What is the best way to install my new lights or chandelier?
There are installation instructions included in every object we sell. If you are uncomfortable with the installation, we recommend you contact a licensed contractor or electrician. (In Karachi we can also provide you fixture and fitting services charges may apply)
